Financial aid for the construction of a school building at Aalo, in Arunachal Pradesh, North East India
In 2019, we supported the construction of the first phase of the School building in Arunachal Pradesh with an amount of CHF 75’000.
After the successful construction of the two school buildings at Somonpara, in Meghalaya and Panbari, in Assam North East India, we shifted our focus to the construction of a school building at Aalo, in Arunachal Pradesh, situated on the extreme North Eastern tip of India. The construction of the school building is looked after by FAsCE India and the total cost of the construction of the school building will equally be borne by FAsCE India and LIGHT in LIFE.

Fransalien Agency for Social Care and Education known as FAsCE India which is the extended, explicit and organized expression of the Missionaries of St. Francis De Sales (MSFS) of the North-East India Province towards the educational, social and economic empowering endeavour of the poor and marginalized. It is a non-profit, non-governmental, secular, voluntary, registered organization with the motto “Promoting Progress”, to foster integrated development of individual, families and communities, holistic educational programme and eradication of child labour, health and hygiene. The priority groups are tribal and Adivasi children, youth and women, in the rural and tribal conglomerations in the North Eastern States of India. The organization envisages the educational and moral empowerment of children, earning empowerment of youth and social and economic empowerment of women.
The objective is to provide a safe and secure setting for the educational needs of the tribal children and to provide value-based quantity education and thereby increase their development and foster communal harmony.
